1. Purpose
Aoife’s Bubbles charity is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all areas of our work. We aim to create an environment where everyone—staff, volunteers, and service users—is treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.

Aoife’s Bubbles Charity does not tolerate any form of unlawful discrimination, harassment, or victimisation.
All staff, volunteers, and service users have the right to be treated equally and to work or participate in an environment free from discrimination and prejudice.

5. Responsibilities
Leadership/Management are responsible for ensuring that this policy is implemented and that all staff understand their obligations.
Staff and Volunteers are expected to treat others with respect and uphold the organisation’s commitment to equality and inclusion.
Service Users should be treated equitably and with dignity, regardless of their background or characteristics.
6. Monitoring and Review
We regularly review this policy and our practices to ensure they remain effective and compliant with current legislation. Feedback from staff, volunteers, and service users is welcomed to help us improve.
