A FORCE FOR CHANGE

Aoife's Bubbles

The Bubble Hub

The Bubble Hub is a supportive therapy group created by Aoife’s Bubbles Charity for children and their families affected by childhood cancer.

The group offers a calm, welcoming space where children can take part in creative and therapeutic activities designed to support emotional wellbeing, confidence and connection with others who may share similar experiences.

These monthly sessions are led by experienced practitioners and shaped around the needs of the children attending, with plenty of flexibility, gentleness and fun.

At The Bubble Hub, there is no pressure to talk about illness or treatment. Children are free to express themselves in their own way — through play, creativity, conversation or simply being present.

Our aim is to provide a safe “bubble” away from hospitals and appointments, where children can just be children. We welcome children to bring their siblings, close friends or family.

The Bubble Hub also offers families reassurance that their child is being supported in a trauma-informed, nurturing environment, with care taken to respect individual needs, boundaries and energy levels.

Supported by The Suffolk Community Trust, we are able to launch this group on Wednesday 25th March 2026 at Brantham Leisure Centre, Manningtree, CO11 1RZ.

We are also able to provide a travel grant to ensure the group is accessible.
